Majority of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Renal tubules were strongly stained. Additional membranous staining was observed in gastrointestinal glands. Neuronal cells, cells in molecular layer of cerebellum and Leydig cells exhibited additional nuclear staining. Lymphoid tissues, placenta, squamous epithelia, pancreas, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.
