Staining summary
HPA010136 Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity which frequently was combined with membranous positivity. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in several cell types including islets of Langerhans, trophoblasts and intestinal glandular cells.
CAB004372 Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in a few cases. Germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues as well as muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
