Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous in some cases. Gastric parietal cells, gall bladder, heart and skeletal muscle as well as subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts were strongly stained. The liver, pancreatic islets, glial cells, spleen, smooth muscle and most lymphoid cells were weakly stained or negative.

Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in subset of cells in seminiferous ducts and smooth muscles. Respiratory epithelia showed moderate staining. Fraction of renal tubules and placental trophoblasts exhibited moderate membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
