Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Parts of the gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, placenta, thyroid gland and subsets of lymphoid cells exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Bile duct cells, skin, ovary, myocytes and cells in the CNS except purkinje cells were weakly stained or negative.
