Most of the normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in many cases. Strong staining was seen in stomach, hepatocytes, renal tubules, smooth myocytes and placental trophoblasts. Spleen, pancreatic islets and reaction center cells of lymphoid tissues were negative or weakly stained.
