Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong immunoreactivity with a granular pattern was for example observed in chief cells of the stomach, the parathyroid gland, gall and urinary bladder. Squamous epithelia and cells of female genital tract were negative.
