Staining summary
HPA005436 Normal tissues generally showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Strongest positivity was observed in colloid of thyroid gland, in hepatocytes and in glandular epithelia. In some glandular epithelia, as in small intestine, the positivity was strongest in superficial position, concentrated to large deposits. Few tissues showed additional nucleolar immunoreactivity.
CAB015220 Most of the normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Nucleolar positivity was observed in neuronal, lymphoid and renal cells. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in glandular cells of gastrointestinal tract.
