Staining summary
Strong nuclear positivity was observed in Purkinje cells while Leydig cells in testis and subsets of lymphoid cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Hepatocytes and basal cells in squamous epithelia displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
