Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear/nucleolar positivity. Subset of vessels was strongly stained. Lymphoid tissues, pancreatic islets, chondrocytes and myoepithelial cells in breast were negative.

Lymphoid tissues, prostate and Leydig cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.

Strong granular cytoplasmic staining was observed in adrenocortical cells, hematopoietic cells, renal tubules, breast, duodenum, gall bladder, exocrine pancreas, cells in red pulp of spleen, germinal center cells of tonsil and thyroid gland. Lymph node, islets of Langerhans, parathyroid, trophoblastic cells and stomach were moderately positive. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
