Staining summary
HPA023883 Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in urothelial cells while epididymis showed strong membranous positivity. Hepatocytes, myocytes and most cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.
HPA027527 Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was seen in most normal tissue. Hepatocytes displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining while distinct nuclear positivity was seen in Purkinje cells. Lung, ovary and lymphoid tissues were mostly negative.
