Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity with additional membranous positivity in some cases. Salivary gland, urothelial cells, neuronal cells and glandular cells of cervix showed strong positivity.

Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with often granular pattern. Parathyroid and seminal vesicle were weakly stained.

Neuronal cells and Purkinje cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear/nucleolar positivity. Ganglion cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Small intestine, subset of cells in seminiferus ducts, glandular cells in breast, ovarian follicle cells and fibroblasts were moderately stained. Moderate membranous staining was observed in a fraction of placental trophoblasts. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
