Moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in gastro intestinal glands and renal tubules. Hepatocytes, pancreas and gallbladder showed weak nuclear staining. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was exhibited in placental trophoblastic cells and skeletal myocytes while myoepithlial cells of breast and smooth muscle cells were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.

Gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, urinary bladder, gall bladder, testis and cells in renal tubuli showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Purkinje cells showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear stained. Hepatocytes were weakly stained. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
