Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong immunoreactivity was for example observed in Purkinje cells, endometrial glandular cells and the adrenal gland. Cells in the parathyroid gland and subsets of neurons in the cerebral cortex displayed nuclear staining.
