Staining summary
HPA030159 Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Strong staining was observed in gall bladder. The liver, spleen, myocytes and most cells in CNS were negative.
HPA030160 Most of the normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in adrenal gland, parathyroid, placental trophoblasts, Leydig cells, follicle cells and subsets of lymphoid cells. The lung, liver, cells in glomeruli, glial cells, skeletal and smooth muscle were weakly stained.
HPA030161 Most of the normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in subsets of cells in lymphoid tissues. Pancreatic islet cells, thyroid gland, the spleen, myocytes and cells of CNS except Purkinje cells were weakly stained or negative.
