Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining in several tissues. Neuronal cells and Purkinje cells showed moderate to strong nuclear membranous staining. Exocrine pancreas and astrocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Squamous epithelia, hepatocytes, breast, testis and lymphoid tissues were negative.
