A majority of malignant cells exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Renal cancers and most malignant gliomas, prostate, endometrial and skin cancers were negative.
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was seen in most tumor cells. Malignant lymphomas displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Additional membranous positivity was seen in a few cases of colorectal, pancreatic and testicular cancers. Remaining tumors were generally negative.
