Most of the malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional membranous staining in many cases. Many malignant lymphomas, malignant gliomas, squamous cell carcinomas and thyroid cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Hepatocellular carcinomas showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Ductal breast carcinomas exhibited weak to moderate positivity. Several cases of colorectal cancers displayed weak to moderate membranous staining. Remaining malignant cells were generally negative.
