Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Renal tubules, adrenal cortex, urothelium, uterine glands, trophoblasts and striated muscle showed strong staining. Additional nuclear staining was observed in squamous epithelia, seminiferous ducts, bone marrow poietic cells and urothelium.
