Moderate cytoplasmic staining was displayed in a rare case of melanoma while occasional cases of renal and testicular cancers showed moderate membranous positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
Most of the cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in several colorectal endometrial, stomach and pancreatic cancers. Renal cancers along with several gliomas and carcinoids were negative.
