Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity in fractions of cells often combined with cytoplasmic staining Membranous staining was for example observed in prostate and trophoblasts. Cells in the liver, pancreatic islets, CNS and lymphoid tissues were generally negative.
