Staining summary
HPA028132 Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in a majority of normal tissues. Leydig cells in testis were strongly stained. Alveolar cells, cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were negative.
HPA029752 Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in purkinje cells while breast glands displayed strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Renal tubules, gall bladder, subsets of cells in seminal vesicle, cells in gastric mucosa and bronchus showed moderate immunoreactivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
