Most cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity combined with nuclear positivity. Many lymphomas, endometrial, colorectal, prostate, ovarian, breast and cervical cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Fraction of cells in several gliomas along with occasional cases of squamous cell carcinomas of skin, breast, ovarian and pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
