Most of the normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Thyroid gland, placental trophoblasts, salivary gland, colon and duodenum were strongly stained. Additional nuclear staining was observed in squamous epithelia, testis and Purkinje cells. Fallopian tube, prostate, and post menopausal endometrial glands showed additional membranous positivity. The breast and adipocytes were negative.
