Strong nucleolar staining was observed in most neuronal cells while strong granular cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in gastric parietal cells, adrenal cortex, renal tubules and Leydig cells. Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nucleolar positivity was noted in intestinal glands and some squamous epithelia. A majority of the remaining normal tissues were negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nucleolar positivity . Neuronal cells showed strong nucleolar immunoreactivity while the bone marrow displayed strong nuclear positivity. The bile ducts, prostate, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
