Staining summary
Glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract and testis showed strong cytoplasmic positivity along with nuclear staining in a subset of cells in seminiferus ducts. Cells of the CNS showed distinct nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity.
