Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear staining. Gastrointestinal tract, kidney, purkinje cells and myocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Breast showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Bile duct cells, pancreas, prostate and the CNS except Purkinje cells along with lymphoid tissues were negative or weakly stained.
