Distinct nuclear positivity was observed in a subset of cells in lymphoid tissue, stomach, small intestine and skin. Adrenocortical cells, heart muscle cells, hepatocytes, skeletal muscle cells and Leydig cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining while Purkinje cells were strongly stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
