Cytoplasmic and membranous staining was found in the majority of normal cells. Gastrointestinal tract showed strong staining, most other cells were moderately stained. Pyramidal neurons in cerebral cortex were positive whilst motor neurons were negative. A subset of late spermatids in testis showed distinct staining.
