A subset of alveolar cells and hepatocytes showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Glandular cells of gastrointestinal tract, male and female reproductive tracts, gallbladder and most squamous cells were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells were in general weakly stained or negative.

Gastrointestinal tract, liver, renal tubules, glandular cells of uterus, breast, heart muscle cells, neuronal cells of the CNS, thyroid and adrenal gland displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. A few Purkinje cells, astrocytes of cerebral cortex and epididymis showed strong immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
