Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Respiratory epithelia, uterine glands, gall bladder, hepatocytes and a subset of cells in the intestine displayed strong positivity. Alveolar cells, bile ducts, renal glomeruli, squamous epithelia, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Normal tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Thyroid and neuronal cells showed strong nuclear staining. Glandular cells in stomach, gall bladder, neuronal cells and respiratory epithelial cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Lymphoid tissue was mainly negative.
