Most malignant tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic often granular positivity. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas, testicular and skin cancers were negative.
Malignant cells showed a variable staining pattern. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in the majority of colorectal cancers and in several cases of malignant lymphomas, skin, thyroid and ovarian cancers. Breast cancers and several cases of malignant gliomas, prostate, testicular and pancreatic cancers showed weak to moderate positivity. Remaining malignant cells were mainly negative.
A majority of malignant cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Many cases of pancreatic cancers along with a few cases of ovarian and liver cancers were strongly stained. Malignant gliomas and a few cases of endometrial and renal cancers were negative.
