Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining, in several cases combined with nucleolar positivity. Distinct membranous immunoreactivity was observed in the parathyroid gland but also for example in luminal membranes of the intestine. Respiratory epithelia, thyroid gland, seminal vesicle and Purkinje cells were strongly stained. Hepatocytes and lymphoid cells were generally negative.
