Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Purkinje cells, duodenum, gall bladder and glial cells displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, parathyroid, spleen, bone marrow and lymphoid cells outside the reaction centra were generally negative.
