Normal tissues showed cytoplasmic and/or nucleolar immunoreactivity of varying intensity. Additional membranous staining was also seen in many cases. The gastro intestinal tract, adrenal gland and skeletal muscle were strongly stained. The pancreas, skin, breast, glial cells and lymphoid cells were either negative or weakly stained.
