Islet cells of pancreas showed strong nuclear staining, whereas a subset of trophoblastic cells exhibited strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues along with stroma were in general negative.

Islets of Langerhans and few exocrine glandular cells in pancreas showed strong nuclear positivity. Purkinje cells and few cells in salivary gland displayed weak cytoplasmic staining. Other normal tissues were negative.
