Most normal tissues showed cytoplasmic staining of varying intensity, often accentuated to the plasma membranes. Strong staining was observed in glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract, in decidual cells of placenta, in Leydig cells of testis, in neuronal cells and in granulocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells. Hepatocytes, exocrine pancreas, prostate, adipocytes and glial cells were negative.
