Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in gastrointestinal tract, lung macrophages, gall bladder, exocrine pancreas, adrenal gland, seminal vesicle and Purkinje cells. Alveolar cells, glial cells in CNS, renal glomeruli, uterus, most cells in lymphoid tissues, heart and smooth muscle cells were negative. Remaining normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining.
