Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often combined with membranous immunoreactivity. Hepatocytes, islets of Langerhans, cells in the CNS, skeletal and heart muscle were mainly negative. Endothelial cells were distinctly stained.
