Most normal tissues were weakly stained or negative. A subset of cells in exocrine pancreas showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate staining was observed in the gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, neuronal tissues and renal tubules.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining occasionally combined with nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in glandular cells of gastrointestinal tract, adrenal cortex, renal tubuli, cells in seminiferus ducts and Purkinje cells of the CNS. Hepatocytes were negative.
