Staining summary
HPA042097 Fraction of glial cells and neuronal cells along with smooth muscle cells and testis displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Adrenal cortical cells, hematopoietic cells, renal tubular cells, squamous epithelia and exocrine pancreas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
CAB005044 Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in smooth muscle for example in duodenum. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining was observed in adrenal cortex, glial and myoepithelial cells as well as a subset of cells in lymphoid tissues. Remaining tissues were in general weakly stained or negative.
CAB009803 Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Glial cells displayed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in lymphoid tissues and the female reproductive system were negative.
