Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The parathyroid, ovarian follicle cells and lymphoid tissues showed strong cytoplasmic staining while the CNS and liver were negative. Monocyte derived cells exhibited distinct staining e.g. Kupffer cells.
