Staining summary
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Distinct nuclear staining was displayed by Sertoli cells whereas glandular cells of duodenum displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Smooth muscle, squamous epithelia and liver were mostly negative or weakly positive.
