Moderate to strong cytoplasmic often accompanied by membranous positivity was seen in upper respiratory and squamous epithelia, urothelium, myoepithelial cells in breast and salivary gland and basal cells in prostate and epididymis. Remaining normal tissues were weakly positive or were negative.

Respiratory epithelia of bronchus, basal layer of squamous epithelia, exocrine pancreas, adrenal cortex, neuronal cells and subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed moderate nucleolar staining with additional cytoplasmic positivity in a few cases. Leydig cells and cells in glomeruli displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Distinct positivity i endothelial cells and plasma was observed in a few cases. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
