Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in most normal tissues. Purkinje cells and follicle cells were strongly stained. Strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining was observed in squamous epithelia and renal tubules. Bile ducts, renal glomeruli, placental trophoblastic cells, glial cells, spleen, germinal center cells, hematopoietic cells, soft tissues, smooth and heart muscle cells were negative.
