Squamous cell carcinoma and most urothelial cancers as well as fractions of cells in a few pancreatic, colorectal, breast and endometrial cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Additional membranous positivity was observed in lung and urothelial cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were generally negative.
Several cases of squamous cell cancer in cervical, skin, head and neck exhibited moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Most of lung, endometrial and urothelial cancers showed moderate positivity. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.
