Moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal. Strongest staining was observed in the gastrointestinal tract. The liver, prostate, cells in CNS and spleen were mainly negative.

Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in cerebral cortex, ovarian follicle and oral mucosa with additional nuclear positivity in esophagus. Neuronal cells of hippocampus and islets of Langerhans were moderately stained. Moderate membranous positivity was displayed by vagina. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
