Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nucleolar and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in Purkinje cells and cells in molecular layer. Bile ducts, glandular cells in male genital tract, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.
