Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous staining. Salivary glands, prostate, nasopharynx and colon showed additional nuclear staining. Purkinje cells and follicles in ovary showed strong cytoplasmic positivity while exocrine pancreas displayed strong membranous positivity. Soft tissues, muscles, lymphoid tissues, cells in CNS, hepatocytes, pneumocytes and parathyroid were negative.
