A majority of cancer cells displayed moderate to strong nucleolar immunoreactivity. Most gliomas, renal, endometrial, urothelial, pancreatic and liver cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Thyroid adenocarcinomas and occasional cases of cervical cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Several cases of gliomas, lymphomas, lung and renal cancers displayed weak staining or were negative.
