Staining summary
Moderate to strong nuclear positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Additional cytoplasmic staining was observed in a few cases for example in distal tubules and trophoblasts. Goblet cells in the gastrointestinal tract exhibited staining of mucus. The liver, renal glomeruli and most cells in the CNS were weakly stained or negative.
